Careful, when you're the only one believing in a particular reality, you end up drinking thorazine milkshakes...

Ha haheh this is fun, But the fact is I want fast easy access to my stupid files and one less click is super fast for me. And can always use apples action menu button for the right click stuff. :P
Come on, no one's that lazy.
If you have a physical disability that prevents you from double-clicking effectively, then look into the Universal Access panel in System Preferences. Otherwise... you simply have to be kidding.

HA HA Win one for me Someone else was thinking the same thing
So click opens, alt-drag does one thing, ctrl-drag does another, alt-click, ctrl-click, etc, all get one action each...
All of which have to be memorized.
None of which are obvious.
Oh yeah, that sounds like a *GREAT* interface... for 1978.
Seriously, single-click-activation was the single-worst-UI-screwup of the last two decades. The fact that it was used in a system that became popular (web) is just sad. The web could be so much more useful, otherwise. The fact that some people want to cram the concept onto the desktop is just pathetically inane. You'd think MS would know better, but then again, they're the ones that came up with Bob...
Really though, single-click has its place - for direct activation when an icon represents an *action*. Trying to force that model onto situations where an icon represents an *object* however, is a bad fit.
It is a great idea of new style faster interface.. Though kinda tricky Err the trick to it is to remove your hand from the mouse and guide it from the butt of the mouse .
The best idea out of it I found was the circle around a button to activate it. Could be a simple code hack for non flash sites.... Hrmmmmssss
I am not looking for a fight just a hacker to hack out simple finder features
My sister to this day double clicks on links. That's what feels natural to her she says. "That's how you open stuff isn't"? No matter how many time I remind her that links only need one click she's still double clicking.
So ya!, MARC ANDREESSEN didn't understand the standard UI.

HA HA Win one for me

It has a one click method though only in 3d
So... how do you duplicate a file? Copy a file? Let me guess... you have to dive back over to the Finder to do that. Oopsie. Single-click fails.

That's a great launcher. It launches files, apps, and open folders. It has reduced everything to 'open this'... ie, a single-click will work.

It does not have right click yet for duplicate but does have alt drag he he

Even at the time i didn't know who this guy
MARC ANDREESSEN was, i always asked myself,
who the fu** is responsible for the single click
dilemma?
Double click would be much much more
convenient, right? Wimpy Marc, slip it to the
android.
