That's a much more reasonable request. Of course, Apple would likely find a way to design the thing aesthetically so that it costs a boatload to make the case/mobo, thus making the thing > $1000. In any event, I'm not sure it will ever happen.
It will happen. It will just be all over on the PC side. SFF will become the norm. Cube size computers will become the new SFF and additionally media center type machines will be available as well that are the size of thin DVD players.
Meanwhile our only headless option will be a huge aluminum tower.
