Aren't those pictures nice? I called my local Apple Store (Tyson's Corner, VA). They said they were expecting a 12" PowerBook display model "any day", by the weekend at the latest. They weren't expecting a 17" display model for a few more weeks, however. I'm planning on heading out there over the long MLK weekend. Good god... sweet temptation...
Doggammit!!! I downloaded all those pics before the page went down the first time just to tide me over, that can't be normal behavior. My dealer says another 7-10 days. Today, in a seminar I'm taking, a chick sports a lifebook, or LOOX, some sort of wide screen subnote Fujitsu thingy, and all can I think is my powerbook is gonna so wipe the floor with that squinty screened POS. This just can't be normal behavior, before you know it Murbot's going to be my sponsor at macholics anonymous.
damn, where is the matsu we all know and love??? maybe we can find a way to get apple to overcharge him a couple of hundred bucks?? congrats on the PB purchase...those photos look great, i am sure you will love it....and yes, i am jealous...gotta think of a reason why i need a portable.....g
