MacBreak Weekly
- basically a Mac version of TWiT, with Leo Laporte and the usual suspects.
Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo's Film Reviews
- really, really funny film reviews by a guy who knows what he's talking about. This makes me laugh out loud every episode.
BBC4 Friday Night Comedy
- again, very funny stuff, though it may not appeal to people outside the UK.
Kojima Productions Report
- mostly Metal Gear related stuff, but a lot of it is just funny banter between a bunch of people working in Japan.
Penny Arcade
- doesn't really get updated too often, but when they do it's worth it. Much funnier than the comic in my opinion.
The Talk Show
- John Gruber and Dan Benjamin moan at each other for about an hour.

Good spammer resurrection! Here are my top choices:
1.
Skeptics' Guide to the Universe
(I still miss Perry!)
T2. Science Talk (Scientific American)
T2. Quirks & Quarks (CBC's Science Podcast)
Notable Mentions:
R3-30 (CBC Radio 3's best new indie music)
Meet the Press (NBC's politics)
Skeptoid (pithy analysis of pop-culture stupidity)
