Yeah, it's got to be both the first Mac, and the iMac G3 bondi, which was its second coming. No question.
The TAM and the new iMac G5 are the most jaw dropping perhaps. Especially the current iMac G5. I mean simply what you can do with out of the box is inspiring. The Twentieth Anniversary Mac...ahead of the rest of the world by over a decade. Just like Apple. The Classic Apple. Now we have the New Apple. Doesn't shoot itself in the foot by being 10 years too soon, like with Newton and QuickTake, but only 3 years ahead. Right where they should be. Yay!
I agree. When you think about it all the models are almost near design perfection, for like the next decade or at least half a decade. Impressive that they achieved timeless design, in this industry of all industries. My hat is off to Ives and whoever else. I mean just look at it. The iPod is the right size, it will only get thinner. iMac, perfect. PowerBooks, iBook, perfect, will just get thinner and a swivel-screen that is touch sensitive with Inkwell tech someday. Tower, well, close to perfect, just a tad big that is all. Mac mini, hells yea. Perfection is beautiful. Form and function.
