Just a quick comment about the $99 leather case and such.
There is a constant trend to cheapen things-- make items more accessible by cheapening them. It's weird for many people who try to squeeze blood from a nickel, but sometimes having really nice stuff has its own payoff.
Hmm... if Picasso, Rembrandt, and the like painted with their toes. With mud.
