Not the typical black box dell.

Wow, only Dell could produce something that would actually make the typical black box look stylish and classy. Adjectives like "garish" don't even begin to describe some of those designs. They're better off sticking with the plain black box than producing cheesy-looking, knock-off designs like these. Better to have people think you're boring than to have people laughing at you.

Hmmm It would potentially appeal to the PC crowd but something seems... wrong about it. Particularly that choice of red... gives me goosebumps (not in the good way). I fear greatly for Alienware

Why the fuck buy a company that *actually* makes pretty cool desktops and laptops and then continue to release bollocks Dell XPS rubbish? IIRC Dell's XPS was out already before they bought Alienware, but...

Why is Dell wasting time and money on making these new hideous "concept" casings and fancy XPS laptops when all that R&D and design is covered by the Alienware division

Now THIS is considered genuinely badass by the PC crowd.

Those crazy bastards at tomshardware overclocked the pent d 805 from 2.66ghz to 4.1ghz

Stable on air with an aftermarket CPU cooler up to about 4ghz. With liquid cooling of the CPU needed over 4ghz, still, at about 4ghz this $130 CPU beats out $1000 cpus (pentium extremes, athlon x2s, etc...) HOLY CRAP

    Liquid Nitrogen: 6 ghz with a pentium D 805

Man, these PC users are bloody nutcases.

Yeah, and they complain that Apple uses water cooling in the G5. Just how many after market water coolers are available to them, including a case that has it built-in?

I wish we could play with this as well, but they don't fit the PPC chips.

Amazing. I waiting for an overclocked 4ghz conroe. That ought to pack a little punch.
