    They are just words and i think people should be allowed to express themselves as they see fit.



    the problem is it labels the speaker/writer as less educated, and certainly in this case less open to other points of view. So instead of considering what you say, i tend to dismiss it, as i would if we were speaking in person. HOW you communicate can influence how your messages are received. So instead of the techie content you may be wanting to share, the message communicated is instead about who you are, how you act. Maybe that's actually your goal. Maybe not.



    those who complain about how you express yourself may be doing so because they think there's worthwhile knowledge obscured by the style of your communication, and they are still hoping for a chance for you to let that out to be weighed, considered seriously, by the rest of us.
