hmmm, but then again Bill the Cat from Bloom County deserves a DOT release too... OOOP AACCCCK
God I loved that comic strip... was the best after Calvin and Hobbes <img src="graemlins/embarrassed.gif" border="0" alt="[Embarrassed]" /> sigh<hr></blockquote>
ahh... my two favorite cartoons as well. I doubt if we will ever get a "Bill" OS for the Mac-- it exists on other platforms already.
The Leopard is interesting, regardless of the version number. I could wait until next year MWNY for it, as long as Apple keeps giving me free 10.2.x versions for my Software Update fix.
Thanks Dave, that was exactly what I was looking for. He really nailed it. His date for 10.5 seems right as well, summer 2003. The right time for IBM to give a presentation in october and for Apple to have the chips in new machines in July.
