My #1 feature request for Mac OS X: Bring back themes!

Anyway, Brad, your 10.0 theme (the blue one that Sosumi ripped off) was soooo cool. It would be even cooler if you updated and released it for 10.1/10.2

[quote]buggy .menus can freeze up or crash the whole window server

I'm not sure where you heard that, but menu extras are loaded by the SystemUIServer, not the window server.

Here's Unsanity's response to the "Haxies Implimentation" question.

Basically, I have NO problems with haxies whatsoever. They DO NOT mess with my system. I have not had any apps crash because of them. No conflicts whatsoever. I own WindowShadesX since January, have ClearDock making my Dock look good, I used LabelsX for a while, no problems. I used FruitMenu. No problem there. I have APE installed and everything. No problems at ALL.

Frankly, I think Unsanity is "Apple B" in that they are able to do to the OS what I haven't seen anyone else do. As if they were working at Apple with the programmers. (Which they don't, but should.)
