Um, I wouldn't know. Though I've been a life-long Mac user, I'm in the middle of moving, and have no access. My only link to the world is a POS Packard Bell (Cyrix 266MHz) with DSL.
But it's worth noting that anyone can sign up for free to be an 'Online Member' of ADC. I'm not sure if the free memberships give you access to all the seedings though.
I have not signed a NDA or have anything else than my ADC log in. I mainly use it for dev tools access. If I am not an online member then what am I?

Over at the MacNN forums they also say 10.1.3 was released and that its build number is 5Q28.

How about this, Apple REMOVED the 10.1.3 build from the developer section sometime between last night and today.
Now what is that supposed to mean?
Clearly it means G5's with DDR AND GeForce4's, right?

Plus, there is another thread going on about the new iBooks having a different build number of 10.1.2 because they are new harware.

If you took that post seriously, I've got a new, top-secret PowerMac G12 to sell you...
Update 10.1.3 delivers enhancements that improve the reliability of Mac OS X applications, important security features and includes new and updated support for a variety of Digital Hub peripheral devices. Specific updates include:
CD Disc Recording Peripherals:
- Expanded support for QPS, EZQuest, LaCie, Yamaha, MCE Technologies and Sony devices
Image Capture and iPhoto:
- Improved support for several digital camera models from Canon, Kodak and Sony
Graphics and OpenGL Improvements:
- DVD Playback on external VGA displays on PowerBook G4
- PowerBook video mirroring will be on by default when connecting to a new display
- Improvements for iTunes when the full screen visualizer is used
Networking and Security Improvements:
- Login authentication support for LDAP and Active Directory services
If you took that post seriously, I've got a new, top-secret PowerMac G12 to sell you...

What are you talking about?? Please elaborate? By the way, Apple does release a new build for new hardware; I think they released a new build of 10.0.4 when the new PowerMacs, at the time, came out at MWNY 01.
The 14 inch iBook boots up with 10.1.2 5R43e or somthin like that.

There you go.

It's an OS X update. Of course it's snappy
I´m an online member of ADC but nothing to download for me.

You have to have a seeding key, which means you've signed an NDA, and you're not supposed to tell anyone that it's been released.

Well I did a fine job then didn´t I?

Yes but I thought online member was the lowest scum of ADC members. I must be lower than scum

No you are an online member. That is the lowest order of life on the ADC I think. People
like us don't get beta releases of software.

Well seeing as Online membership is $0 I'm not sure how much of a stink we can put up... What are we gonna do demand our money back?

Could it be that the USB Que! will finally work under OS X?!
Dare I hope?
Definitely not anything to pop champagne over, though. Unless you have a lot of QPS drives.
