B&H's Black Friday sale delivers the lowest prices on Macs with AppleCare, tax-free outside NY
This Black Friday, B&H Photo Video -- an Apple Authorized Reseller and one of the largest electronics superstores worldwide -- is offering $102-$550 off standalone Macs, up to $615 off those same Macs when bundled with 3-Years of AppleCare, and dozens of unbeatable camera deals -- all of which are tax-free outside New York.
Over the past 48 hours, B&H's Black Friday Sale has matched the lowest prices available on most Macs listed in our Price Guides, all of which include free shipping, software bonuses, and sometimes free notebook cases. But where the reseller really stands out this holiday is with its discounted Mac+AppleCare bundles, which offer combined savings of up to $205 on current Macs and up to $615 on previous-generation models.
For example, 3-Years of AppleCare attached to 11- and 13-inch MacBook orders fetches $179.99 (rather than $249), while the same plan for 15-inch MacBooks comes in at $244 (rather than $349). Meanwhile, AppleCare plans on iMacs cost just $122 rather than $169. The combined -- and final checkout prices (except NY, which adds tax) -- for all of B&H's Mac bundles can be seen in our Mac+AppleCare price guide segment below.
B&H is also offering AppleInsider readers exclusive, rockbottom pricing on these three closeout models while supplies last:

Could AI look into whether B&H will honor Black Friday pricing for online carts given the fact that B&H’s website is refusing all orders for the next 24 hours and, you know, they scheduled the sale for some of that time?
Friday morning I put in a phone order for an iMac after checking their latest prices online. I'm saving $300 over other Black Friday deals. Had an extremely pleasant, unrushed conversation with one of their people, who are treated extremely well. They're about the only noncommissioned staff in the industry and I've never had them try to "upsell" me in my many purchases from them over the years. If you need honest advice and good recommendations, though, the phone people are specialists and know their products. The guy yesterday said his benefits are excellent. He gets all Jewish holidays, Christmas plus two weeks paid vacation. As a customer, I have to put Apple and B&H in the same league when it comes to transaction satisfaction.

Their prices are valid until 12/2. I added an item to my cart, so it should reserve it for me. When online ordering resumes later today, I will complete my transaction. B&H is awesome, but they do celebrate every single holiday possible. They have a "Black Friday" deal on the Samsung EVO 1TB 2.5 SATAIII SSD drive for $539 (saving $120). Their "holiday" is over and the item was still in my cart for processing. Done deal.
Any idea if this will be offered again before Christmas? I am ready to buy. Sorry I missed this.
