  If only there was a way to be logged in when not wearing then you could have  a device on your desk that you could place your watch on and have it completes all the exercise routines for you.

  I like how, with their watch, Apple is returning to "Look what it does for you!" rather than trying to brag about glitzy technical features.  I can picture Steve up on stage showing off what all his latest and greatest can do.  But, with the watch, Tim is continuing that legacy admirably well.  Steve would be proud.

  I tried to sell my Series 0 to a friend, who responded via email, “Give me one good reason why I would want such a thing, and I might consider it.”

  I replied, “Heart-rate monitor. Notifications on wrist so you don't have to pull out your phone like some kind of animal. Music controls on wrist so you don't have to pull out your phone like some kind of animal. Temperature on wrist so you don't have to pull out your phone like some kind of animal. Appointments on wrist so you don't have to pull out your phone like some kind of animal. Step counter. Exercise tracker. It also tells time.”
  

  Sadly, he didn’t fall for it.
  

  One thing I would like Series 4 to do for me is starting music on phone. It's frustrating to only have options of AirPods or other device. (Talk about picking nits.)

  Yeh, that's pretty common...   But, much the same analogy could have been made about the first iPhone:  "Why do I need some expensive, breakable fancy-dancy thing when my flip phone can make phone calls just as well?  And, if I want Russian propaganda, I can access FaceBook just as well on my desktop computer.'
  
  Kinda like smart phones, it's hard to know how much you need one till you have one.

  I recently sold my AW0 (steel) on ebay for $140. Clearly, beyond the value I received for its jobs to be done, it still holds value.
