    I am looking forward to see what happens with iTunes and the music service that Apple will do... they will have a revolutionary way to do it, you know?

    I know it would be unlikely, but I would not put it past Apple marketing to wait until the Iraq situation is resolved. I know it really shouldn't be a factor, and that "we should go about our daily business," but I would wait on intro-ing anything. Then again, introducing the new iPod and service now could be great -- the economy seems to be back on the upswing (on the judgment of 20/30-something analysts, mind you).



    Perhaps a title change for this thread is in order, though, eh?

    Apple would be pretty dumb to try to make a big deal out of any new product in the next week or so. Things are just happening so fast, and it's still new and exciting, and emotional, to the American people. Apple needs to wait until their minute attention span tires of the relatively slow speed of war compared to their instant TV dinners.

    I have this friend that WANTS to get an iPod, but I keep on telling him wait because I know he will waste his money if he buys it know and a new one comes out very soon. Also, the 5GB's are out of stock....those are the ones everyone loves!



    I mean, they need to come out with them soon....\

    launched thier service very recently, I wouldn't be suprised if apple launched thiers soon also.



    I don't exaclty see what will be better with Apple's service though?



    Perhaps searchable and burnable through iTunes, I hope you don't have to pay a monthly subscription, It would be cool to just pay for what you want...
