Is there any possibilities of getting 2nd Gen Apple Pencil support for iPad 2018 (Base $329 model) ?

I was wondering whether iPad OS 13 will bring 2nd Generation Apple Pencil support for 2018 iPad ? or that is not possible?

    We're not 100% positive, but are pretty sure that isn't going to happen. For starters, the magnetic induction charging and pairing mechanism isn't ever going to work on the 2018 iPad.
