I'm a musician in two different currently gigging bands, and recently I've started doing some freelance Mac installing/troubleshooting. Officially, I'm unemployed and have been so for over a year. I'm waiting to hear about a job I applied for and was interviewed for at a local university library, though.
I was an Adult Film producer for three years while in California, (about 7 years ago) I retired out of the business when I married, and moved to the Midwest for a more, let's say, tranquill life. I am now the CTO for a small advertising firm.
And really, there are only small differences between the two positions. :-)
I must say, with the crowd here, I'm surprised that this guy's former job didn't get more of a response.
Recent recipient of a Masters in Chemical Engineering...currently doing busy-work as a temp at a local bank (Foreign Exchange). I'd LIKE to work in the biotech field, Lord knows Boston has a ton of companies in that area. Unfortunately no one seems to be hiring . Anyone want to hire an engineer?
Chief of Staff-- have another year to irritate medical staff
Specialty training at Univ. Of Chicago, lived 2 blocks from the manhattan project. My physics professor was on the manhattan project--very cool stuff
My first of many macs was purchased through their computer science dept BEFORE it was available to most public, i went ahead and got the upgrade to 1mb ram.
Finishing my PhD in Computer Science (How does "SPQR: A Theoretical Foundation and Practical Implementation for the Automated Detection of Design Patterns in Object-Oriented Systems" sound? ), some teaching on the side, and research into UI systems, distributed collaborative programming, and the psychophysiological effects of Guinness.
I'm a computer scientist. I do research in medical visualization, image processing and computer graphics at NIH. Got my degree from the same august department as Kickaha will.

We all dream of one day becoming adult film producers... until then we try to hide our jealousy.

Me, but people don't pay me to do play/sing all that often, but there has been the occasion.
