    Drop the "a" at the begining. It's easier to say LumiBook (pronounced LumaBook)

    I like it for both. The 12" LumiBook and the 17" LumiBook.

    But they're more likely to get called LittleBook and BigBook, which I'm warming to.

    Please, anything but AluBook. I am seeing this catch on in various forums, and I HATE IT.

    I'll even take TheLittleG4ThatCouldBook over it.

    APB for Aluminum PowerBook.

    I've got my APB to TCB on my ATV in my SUV.

    I'm for AluBooks. I didn't like it at first but it's the closest thing to TiBooks without getting the "Married..With Children" title song stuck in my head by calling them 'AlBooks'.

    or each one specifically: minibook

    lapzilla

    ...or we'd spell it with an "-re" (centre, theatre...), eh?

    I second PiBook for the 12" (Power iBook)

    And it seems the consensus is Lapzilla for the 17"

    PiBook is good. PiBook and LapZilla for me.

    For the 12" PB, my preference is BabyBook, if only because of the alliteration.

    And Lapzilla works for the 17" PB.

    Forgive my confusion. But, why not just call the 12"er the G4 iBook that it actually is?
  • Reply 79 of 118
    From everyone's suggestions, I like:

    12" = MiniBook

    17" = MegaBook
