  • Samsung cuts Q3 profit estimates by $2.3B on ending Note 7 production

    Hahahaha....  :D

We laugh but if this were Apple it would be a death blow to the company. Samsung is diversified enough to survive this hit. Even if they wind up leaving smartphone market all together they will survive. Just saying. Apple should be taking note of how easily this could happen with an engineering slip up.

And I don’t know how get through to your thick head. You keep wagging on about being forced to turn over your phone. You are NOT BEING FORCED to do anything. The police ask your to let them inspect your phone under this law. You say no and that’s it. What’s unconstitutional about this law? The asking? The police can’t ask you to do this voluntarily? Is that what you are saying? In refusing you lose your driving privileges for 90 days. So again what part of this law is unconstitutional?
You just stated the unconstitutional part, that you'd be punished for exercising your rights…

"Do this or else" is the very definition of being forced.
So all existing law regarding refusal to take a breathalyzer test and then being ‘punished’ by losing driving privileges is unconstitutional? The SCOTUS disagrees and has determined it is lawful to do so. You are wrong. And if the SCOTUS says it’s constitutional it is. They are the ones who decide, no one else.
  • FBI complains it can't break encryption on phone used by San Bernardino terrorists

For encryption to protect anyone, it must protect everyone.
Yeah, well there’s a difference between you protecting your drunken orgy photos and a pedophile protecting the photos of abuse of a three year old child isn’t there. And for those who are always screaming about the Fourth Amendment try reading it sometime. It has an intentional back door that the founding fathers put there so legitimate, legal search and seizure can take place.

  • Inside Apple's 2016 MacBook Pro: Graphics processing unit choices

The focus of the company has changed, and with it, the consumer type that it homes in on. The 2015 MacBook rebirth is a perfect example of that, and the very long period of time between the last MacBook Pro refresh and now is astounding, and telling.
This...î So all you spec people just go right ahead and switch to the latest, greatest spec’d machines from whoever and be content running a crappy operating system on them. Apple has moved on and so should you. Be happy.

And you should have seen this coming years ago when Apple Computer became Apple Inc.
  • How Donald Trump's election as U.S. President could affect Apple

Uh, err, Daniel, the election is over. Your stump speech is a day late and a dollar short. Sore loser still fapping the fud, Daniel? Even Hillary said we need to at least give him a chance. I’m waiting to see how many celebrities actually move out of the U.S. like they swore they would do if The Donald won. Streisand, Amy Schumer, Notorious RBG, Whoopi Goldberg, Alec Baldwin, Cher, Miley Cyrus. Anybody see the For Sale signs yet?
