I don't know how well she did her job, but her controversial comment was refreshingly on point! Steve Jobs and Woz were pretty diverse individuals. Just because your company looks like the United Colors of Benetton doesn't mean they "think different".

I am a person of color and I approve of this message.

To be fair, the failure rate percentage should be compared to the percentage of market share. Samsung devices may have a higher failure rate than Lenovo because they are just more of them.

So they surveyed a 100 people and the declared the win is, but Apple never said how many apple TV they sold so they obviously can do the math with out knowing one of the numbers.
