138ppi vs 218ppi should be at the top of that chart. The Samsung's screen looks like a potato next to the Studio Display's. Also, the article doesn't mention the word "scaling" once, which is the whole reason why that PPI is important on Macs.
The M8 vs one of LG's 27" 4K USB-C monitor is a more apt apples-to-apples comparison. 

This is so dumb. They should just charge you $49 if you want to change it (from CarPlay to Android or, more likely the opposite) for the 5min it takes to flash a new ROM. Good luck with that, BMW. Tesla updates a ton of stuff for free—clogging the purchase path isn't worth it when you're headed into an electric fight with combustion engines...

Yeesh. If I didn't already have an iPhone, these sad illustrations would make me want to do whatever it took to get one. They also make me appreciate how difficult it must be for Samsung to compete with Apple in the U.S. culture-wise.

You’re going to be able to pair them with Apple TV as left and right channel like Roku’s speakers (can you not do this already?) and they’ll sell a bunch. I just hope it’s not exclusive to the yet-to-be-released Apple TV upgrade.

Windows should be worried about Chromebooks, but they don't need Intel to be successful.

I would personally love a MacBook Pro that runs on Apple-designed ARM cores that allows insane battery life for simpler tasks, but I doubt the ROI would be anywhere near what they get out of designing the A-series chips for iPhone. The T1/T2 chips may very well be laying the groundwork for it at the OS level, though.
