And Apple has certainly shown that they can't compete in markets outside of their current ones. Look at...um...smartphones back when Apple was a Mac company.

The same people suing Apple to put any app on their phone will probably be the first ones to get hacked and then sue Apple for not doing enough to ensure security.

That's like them suing me (a PC user) if they found Microsoft infringing on a patent right?
