Why is it so high a tax rate for US company to bring home earnings? It’s like the US Government doesn’t want US multinational company to bring back any earnings to the US. High repatriation tax rate makes company looks for loopholes to pay less taxes. The US Congress should be saying “we see what’s happening; let’s reduce repatriation tax rate to make is easy for company to bring back earning from abroad so these companies can use the money to create more jobs” or something to that nature. It boggles my mind the stupidity of high repatriation tax rate.

Optical and digital stabilization has their own advantages over the other. I wouldn’t say that one is better than the other. 

Here are are some advantages of digital stabilization:
1. I can use decades old manual lenses
2. In DSLR cases, I only have to pay for stabilization once—in the camera—not in every lens I buy
3. Makes my overall gear lighter
4. Six axis stabilization while optical has three

There’s a reason why DSLR sales are decreasing yearly. They can’t do what a phone with camera can such as post process and share to social media shortly after pics are taken; DSLR are bulky and heavy compare to an iPhone; people have their phones with them almost always wherever they go. DSLR is more of a specialize tool and not designed for an average consumer though the DSLR manufacturer claim it to be, their product just can’t compare to a phone camera ease of use and social media posting. However, there lots of things a phone camera can’t do a DSLR can but those are on a more technical level that most people who post on social media just don’t care about.
