iPhone exploits in hacked websites went unnoticed for years
isidore said:Obvious Question: Which websites?Various implant commands enable the attackers to steal the container directories of third-party apps. The implant contains a hardcoded list of apps which will always have their container directories uploaded when the implant starts up. Here’s the pre-populated list of bundle identifiers for third-party apps, which will always have their container directories uploaded if the apps are installed:com.yahoo.Aerogramcom.microsoft.Office.Outlookcom.netease.mailmastercom.rebelvox.voxer-litecom.vibercom.google.Gmailph.telegra.Telegraphcom.tencent.qqmailcom.atebits.Tweetie2net.whatsapp.WhatsAppcom.skype.skypecom.facebook.Facebookcom.tencent.xin

You've read a lot of DEDs articles and just signed up today?
Curious, what was your previous troll account that got banned such that you had to create a new one just to tell us this?

Apple to donate to Amazon rainforest preservation and restoration efforts
SpamSandwich said:The utter rubbish that gets passed around as truth these days. The Amazon belongs to Brazilians and South Americans and they can do with it whatever they want. Would people in the US sit still if China took us to task over internal US matters? Of course not.Do you truly believe it's that simple given the importance of this forest for the planet?

Facebook app accesses iPhone camera without user's knowledge
philboogie said:Who in their right mind gives the FB app permission to use the camera and microphone? Then again, this is likely less severe than Google collecting personal health data on millions of people.

WhatsApp client flaw allows hackers to read files stored on any device

I never used it. I never will. This isn’t even the start of why, but it’s definitely added motivation to resist the peer pressure of other people saying that I should use it just because they do.
You would miss a lot in Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Netherland, Belgium, Italy...). All groups are on WhatsApp or fb messenger. I would never install messenger but WhatsApp is just too popular here. -
Piper Jaffray ups AAPL price target to $305, sees 'perfect storm' for 'iPhone 5G'
MacPro said:Count down to $400 by 2021.
This year has been so great. I don't remenber the last time AAPL grew that fast. So fast, one of the securities account in which I have some sold them because I mistakenly had a flag to sell when they hit +200%. Luckily I got a notification and just repurchased the same day. Since then they grew another ~ +70%.I still want to buy more but I'm scared it could stagnate the next 1-2 years. I really envy people who had like 50-100.000 € and the guts to invest 15 years ago.
