I’ve been following Apple since 1997. Apple Insider I have been following since 1998. Apple is going to be fined on this one. The lawyers for Apple have made the wrong decision

Interesting. I became homeless during the first of the pandemic and I kept working 2 months into the pandemic directly with my clients all the way until today. I made about 28k per year. I was living in my car for months and still went into work. All I have to say is each one of us has our priorities and I’m not going to crap on someone else’s needs or wants.

Apple has been making some horrible legal and public declarations lately. They are acting like they are a king. This is going to come back to bite them hard. 

If it wasn’t for jailbreaking you wouldn’t have the iPhones control center. This is fact. More innovation has been done by jailbreakers for the iPhone. Of course it’s impossible now to do so. I remember having one jailbreak to be able to automatically play my music when connecting to my Bluetooth device in my car.  This was on an iPhone 3GS.  It’s only until the Apple App Shortcuts came out that you could do this. And Apple does not let you differentiate between the Music app that you want to use.  Android has apps that let you do this. Apple does not. at least for music

Apple is trying to get public pressure on the EU to drop this. IT WONT WORK.  Apple, your lawyers aren’t doing you any favors 

Dear Apple:

If it wasn’t for Cydia most things that make the iPhone easy to navigate wouldn’t exist. Apple really has stifled on software innovation but Cydia gave us the things we always wanted and needed for navigation. I hope Cydia wins because Apple would give us more if what we need to make the iPhone easier to use because of this.

AI gets basic web searches wrong 60 percent of the time and with total confidence in its incorrect answers. Sign of the times…

Having no been stalked by a psychopath myself I’m glad this suit is moving forward. For those of you who disagree with this lawsuit moving forward you have never been abused by someone with a personality disorder. So, you have no right to say anything. For those of us who have been stalked and threatened by narcissists and psychopaths we will use the courts to make sure these criminals will not be able to track and abuse us any further. Many victims who are stalked are actually killed by their stalker. Try that on for size
