Mac user since 1995 and purchased an Imac G3 in 1999 I usually post here with a Macbook Air 2010 running Mountain loin- seems to me that no one really cares. Switched to Windows in 2019, MojaveOSX brought me back in 2020! that pic is my cat sitting on my macbook air from 2017

    i had to switch from amazon fire stick to tv last week and remote is a major improvement.
    of course i have learning curve issues as a rookie, which is very touch sensative.
    but the charger, swipe and voice commands are excellent, as well as the entire device.
    this $29 might be the same price as a fire stick nowadays.

     The biggest gripe? Quality control. Display panel started fading around the edges in less than 4 months and now it’s really bad, but I can’t send it for repair since I can’t afford to be without large display for more than couple of days. Apparently it was a frequent and known issue with that series of LG monitors that I somehow missed while researching online. 
    i enjoyed reading your post, LG is known for breaking down after time, shame you have these problems.I would give you my monitor, but that won't work with windows 10
    which really never sank well with my TV with a HDMI port or through the mirroring option on a fire stick, while mountain lion, and Mojave have great ratio and overall picture on both my TV and monitor.
