  • M1X Mac mini will be thinner, use iMac's magnetic power connector says leaker

What is ‘s aesthetic obsession with making everything smaller? I mean there is no reason to make an Mac Mini or iMac smaller. It’s not a handheld device like an iPhone or iPad or something you bring around with you regularly. Why not keep them the same size or make then even bigger and fit more to them? Give me function and modularity over making something that doesn’t need to be made more portable anyday. Groan.
  • Everything new in the iOS 16.4 beta

Here’s two capabilities I’d like to see Apple incorporate into iOS.

    1. A Siri shortcut to turn off FaceID.  People could use this if pulled over by police or in other situations where they want to better ensure security of their phone and data.

    2. The AppleTV controller app you can access via Control Panel should have a volume control.  The reason it doesn’t is that your iPhone doesn’t have an IR emitter.  However, your physical Apple TV controller does have such an emitter.  So why can’t my iPhone communicate to my Apple TV controller to tell it to adjust the volume?

If your using HomePods as default sound you can use iPhones physical volume buttons to control the sound in the Apple TV remote app.

You can disable Face ID ever quicker than using a shortcut by pressing the power key on the iPhone 5 times really quickly. This will disable Face ID and you’ll need to use passcode to access device.
  • Apple Music defaults to non-Spatial Audio downloads, forces deletion or re-download

Tried listening to a few songs with Dolby Atmos and didn’t like it. With AirPods Pro I found it sounded more mono and actually prefer the stereo version. Anyone else agree?
  • Lufthansa AirTags ban based on incredibly bad regulation interpretation

My thoughts exactly. They’re loosing people’s luggage so they ban them lol.
Nothing to do with interfering with the avionics.
What an absolute stupid decision to make. Laughable.
  • New 2021 12.9-inch iPad Pro can't use previous Magic Keyboard

Ha! Why am I not surprised? LOL.
Sure you need to buy other accessories for their air tags. They couldn’t be arsed putting a hole in the tag so you could attach to a key ring. A mixture of greed and over aesthetics.
  • Apple suffers fourth consecutive quarter of declining sales, beat Wall Street anyway

Maybe people are getting pissed off with your prices eh? Your actions on the market then drive up the prices of other smartphone manufacturers cos then they get greedy too. I remember buying my first iPhone 3GS for £299 or £349 back in 2009 or so. Now the same equivalent for me in a Pro Max model is circa £1400. That’s greed too, not inflation.

Now you’ve also increased your  One subscription prices globally. Third time in 2-3 years too if you’re outside of the US.  TV is useless, you’ve to pay for most of the non  stuff.  Fitness+ bugs the life out of me cos they’re all on Prozac or something with those fake smiles. iCloud is rubbish compared to Googles offering but I need it. Not much use for Arcade either.

Start listening to what your audience wants and will endure instead of telling them what they want or you’ll end up like Nokia.
  • Apple is teaching Siri how to read lips

Hey , I think it would be better if you figured out how Siri responded to our voice first and understood what we were telling it. Baby steps first. She’s the dumbest assistant out there at the moment, please don’t dig the hole deeper by trying to get her to read lips when there’s a ton of work to be done with her trying to listen to our commands.

  • Apple stops online sales of Hermes AirTag, possibly over quality problems

Maybe cos they’re a complete and utter rip off and no one bought them? Scandalous price to ask or pay even.
  • Life360 says Tile sales are down, blames AirTag stalking issues for decline

OMG, the neck and irony of this statement. Your sales are down cos YOU were selling peoples data so people moved elsewhere. Nothing to do with .
  • EA announces Battlefield mobile coming to iPhone in 2022

Knowing EA, it’ll be pay to play, with loads of in app purchases. No thanks!!!! Their greed is astonishing.
