Basically, Nvidia screwed Apple by licensing them technology that they didn't fully own and then ultimately screwed the pooch on quality control -- putting Apple in the middle of a nasty patent lawsuit and fairly large monetary losses due to warranty claims.

There's been bad blood ever since. Which is sad, since Nvidia cards are definitely the better option for serious gamers (a burgeoning market).

Funny, I think Apple was saying the same thing just the other day... Imagine the innovation they could create if they didn't have to spend half their time worrying about lawsuits from assholes like Kanye.

The good ol' "Security through Obscurity" model... That worked out so well for Microsoft.

The whole industry has given Apple the cold shoulder for years -- opting for their own, half-assed "entertainment" solutions instead of giving their customers what all asked for; iPod integration. Now that Apple's rumored car is starting to sound real, they all come clambering for a partnership. Too little, too late if you ask me.

Not this Apple owner.
