AirPods' 2024 refresh could include two Gen 4 models, AirPods Max update
Strangedays…..learn a bit more you post your snide remarks! Airpod Pro’s cannot even play Apple lossless music because they are way behind on using current codecs such as aptX lossless to play lossless music over bluetooth! That feature alone is needed to warrant there pricing. In the world of ultra high end headphones they are lacking. -

Apple Watch Ultra review: Ambitious aspirations
Thank you for an honest review, and being willing to point out what could be perceived as shortcomings. I agree with your assessment that it feels like a first generation product. Now let’s just wait for all the apple apologist to gang on about how wonderful this product is and not that they got suckered for paying $800 for a bigger watch but they really have no use buying over a series 8. Now we can just wait for apples, marketing team, to conjure up a story about how the non free diving app and fall detection managed to save someone’s grandma from having a heart attack at 200 feet underwater after she fell, and hit her head on a rock -

Apple Car is delayed -- again
Thadec…..sorry but no…..Apple cannot build a modem. They have learned the hard way from the Qualcomm fiasco that even mighty Apple cannot get around the patent thicket that Qualcomm has. Purchasing Intel junk for $1.5b had yielded nothing except modem prototypes that are not even competitive with past or current modem designs. As for a car, do you folks realize that it’s not just building a car that is the amazing challenge, but you also have to provide services to these products that you have made which are much more sophisticated and costly than going to the Apple genius bar. You have to provide warrantees and parts for these products for years as well as locations to take them to be serviced and repaired. You also have to be subjected to recalls and lawsuits. This is an undertaking so big that Apple has never even dealt with in their prior experience. Everyone is so excited about what the electronics would be in this car, has it ever dawned on you that Apple has to make a car that can even pass crash tests…… We are talking about areas they have no idea of what it’s like to compete in. -
Apple's legal bid to pause Apple Watch sales & import ban fails
Chelgrian……. do you not see that removing features from a watch that a person already paid for Could and probably would lead to a large class action lawsuit against Apple. Do you think Apple really wants that backlash from their customers? People bought their product because it had those features, and now you’ve taken them away. I see nothing but problems with this -

Why Thread is a game-changer for Apple's HomeKit
Cool to see Apple finally on par with Alexa and Nest with the implementation of Thread. Still need more products to use it but they are coming. Amazon also added Thread capabilities to their Eero mesh networks awhile back. Should make all of this easier for all. Now to wait for the Alexa and Nest haters to show up to preach about their privacy.
