Apple Silicon M1 Macs do not support eGPUs

The 590 comparison is derived from other measures that they've used like "three times faster" and the like for other machines. We'll all see together.
And Apple's 2.6 TFLOP figure is FP32, just liked the other quoted figures. A Radeon Vega 8 in a Ryzen 4800U APU is around 1.8 TFLOPs. -

Amazon glitch removes Apple Card as payment method [u]
Considering that you only earn 1% with purchases at Amazon using your Apple Card, why would you even bother? I use my Apple Card only with Apple Pay... I've never even physically used the actual card or CC number in the over year I've had it. And for Amazon purchases, I use the my Amazon card for 5% back. -
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 glass screen more easily damaged than any iPhone
I've come to the realization that I can't keep my devices perfectly free from damage since I prefer to keep my iPhone 6s "naked" as I loathe cases. Phone cases are like those ugly-ass black leather/vinyl "bras" that people used to put on the front of their cars back in the 80s and 90s IMHO, but that's another story...
I've had my iPhone 6s for roughly a year with minimal scratches on the display (mainly just light scratches from possibly rubbing up against something), but nothing that I can feel with my fingers. And definitely nothing that I can notice with the screen on.
I'm just getting to the point where I say "sh*t happens" and move on. As long as you aren't out purposefully trying to scratch your smartphone, you should be fine no matter if you have an iPhone, a Galaxy, or god forbid a Lumia -

Editorial: Apple note sends media pundits into a fit of histrionic gibberish

Most of of the time, his stuff reads like the geeky kid trying to win the affections of the pretty girl in high school by kissing her ass 24-7.
The “hero” act is just a bit played out, that’s all I’m saying. -
