And if you are upset about it, you can blame governments (European Union et al) who want to dictate how technology companies do their work, because we all know that governments know better than private indicatory when it comes to technology.

And many developers are only paying 15% commission. Considering there are very real costs to duplicate everything you get from Apple for that 15%, I can't see any small devs trying to save that by opening a web store. I still remember paying 50-60% to companies to do less services. Let's face it, this Epic lawsuit was all about how the very large companies can make even more money, it was never about helping small to medium size developers or consumers.

Technically it's phishing but in reality there is a better word: stupidity. These days everybody needs to know that no legitimate business representative would ever ask for your password, especially via email.

Now I need to get back to work, there is a Nigerian Prince that needs a small favor...

Hmmmm, if a company would rather shut something down than sell it, that means there isn't any financial reason that TikTok exists today. A for-profit company would take the cash rather than lose everything. I wonder what value TikTok has to ByteDance and the Chinese government then? All that data on American citizens and a strong propaganda tool maybe?

This is a reminder than even businesses who might have the money to purchase something like this will be even less likely to do so, because it can't even be shared among employees. And when employees turn over, major hassle to get the next one fitted. As others pointed out, the second hand market will be tiny and those that do purchase used ones (and ignore sizing) will have a less than ideal experience with it.

I just don't understand why this savings account interest rate keeps going down, but the Prime lending rate has been steady for several months. It sure feels like a bank wanting to make more money.

Apple asked all the dentists in the area if there were any patients with metal wires in their teeth, or unusual wear on the enamel. It was just a matter of time.

I've never heard a single consumer say they wanted more app stores on the iPhone. Only mega million dollar companies who want to make more profit themselves. Why do politicians keep trying to "fix" something that isn't broken, which will actually ruin the iPhone ecosystem? As a small developer adding more app stores is my worst nightmare.

The only winners in most class action lawsuits are the attorneys. The customers end up paying for it in the end, one way or the other.
