Apple will try to talk its way out of a $40 billion fine on Tuesday
So why stop at 10%? Why not 20% or 30%? Who gets to set the rules for these people for what an "appropriate" fine even looks like? I understand certain problems may exist with companies, lack of competition, etc. But at a certain point this type of fine loses its sense of legitimacy and appears more like theft than lawful punishment.

Apple AirTag leads to arrest of South Carolina burglar in multi-restaurant heist
Sort of mixed messages when it comes to Apple supporting the tracking of people against their knowledge using AirTags. It's apparently wrong, unless it's right. There should really be some clarity, like, the ability to put your AirTag into "stolen device / theft" mode or something along those lines in order to draw a clear distinction between "bad" stalking and "good" stalking (a.k.a. "tracking the bad guys").
