  • Mail does have its issues for sure... Safari I thought was fairly nice. It needs a few more config options, but I am fairly sure those will come with time.

  • dual 2GHz seems to be the best machine for the price. personally, i would wait until real world testing has been done by people other than apple. i am guessing tomshardware and anandtech (etc etc) will all be testing the new machines.

  • No G4 for now. My guess is the next gen G3... 750GX (I think that is the model number). 200MHz bus (same possible max as the current gen G3 in the iBook) with proc speed up to 1.1GHz and 1MB of onboard L2 cache! Not until next year though …
