The only use for fn, that I know of, is to replicate the forward Delete button (i.e., not Backspace) by pressing fn+Delete.

Are you creating a folder called "iTunes" or "iTunes music" inside the My Documents > My Music folder? I believe it has to be, simply, "iTunes". Also, see this post from the support board: http://discussions.info.apple.com/we...DA.4@.68af58a1
