Well, Apple’s own iPhone adhesive heating device is heating up bezel only, while air flow cooling the body. One might guess why it is so.. heathing up whole unit in a bath would damage it of course. Battery chemistry would degrade, display chemistry…

While such ring should last on a single charge for a week or so, an Apple ring will have always-on display stripe and will have to be recharged daily.

I’ve been using FireWire for TCP/IP multiplayer with my room-mate, when no reliable ethernet cable was around

I would welcome old style Mac OS X System Preferences. iOS style with Mac related prefs is still confusing for me, have to use search for panes everytime.

With traditional PC setup, 10 times more power draw means approx. 10 times more heat to dissipate. One would imagine some huge active cooling box and alot of cables.. but there sits one little great Mac Studio on the desk. Very impressive!!

In my honest opinion, Musk is not sharing “anti-LGBT” content, rather anti-LGBT propagating content. And that’s the difference.. intelligent LGBT people wouldn’t be offended, as they feel naturally self confident.

I so love the convenience of TouchID on my SE3, superior to FaceID, I would say. Sad to see fingerprint sensor ditched on iPhones

Huge respect for Apple, that they have complied with this EU stupid requirement so generously. I’ll always stick with Safari anyway.

It’s that kind of slight inconvenience, like unability to set behaviour for wi-fi and bluetooth buttons in iOS control center. Much less frequent, but another one.

This might be future input device for VP. I can’t imagine any helpful use on a MacBook, iPad, or mouse.

My own survey fears Apple Vision Pro users can be idiots using the device in public space without my prior agreement.

Just add up a few tens of wi-fi networks around you, bluetooths, VHFs, UHFs, Zigbee bulbs, EDGEs, LTEs, GSMs, NMTs, FMs, AMs, DVB-Ts, DABs.. agregate it and still be sure it won’t disrupt your brainwaves, or your bodys electromagnetic field. Sure th…

No matter how usable VP is in public space, since it is able to record the screen - thus to record me, but not giving a clue about it (you saw the video? the old guy seemed uncomfortable next to him, naturaly), I will be asking VP wearers to put the…

Very nice article! I’ve enjoyed, thank you!

To me it appears that Fruit Union Suisse logo shifted both more Apple like, and less Apple like at the same time. Surely more in it's width, yet it's still clearly a different shape (on it's "cheeks"). Less in the way of trying to create the sense o…
