Apple employees don't talk on social media because they're worried about being fired. This so called report reminds me of the government investigating itself and finding no wrong doing. If you want freedom of speech you definitely cannot work for …

@Madbum censorship is the way all of authoritarians. 'Disinformation' is just the latest rhetorical trick to make it look like the censors are the 'good guys'. Glad to see you and others are not fooled. Free speech is a central American value, alw…

Stage Manager works on a 2018 MacBook Pro 13 inch with 4 cores and Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655. Apple's claim that it cannot work on anything less than the performance of an M1 turns out to be a crock.

If Apple has any sense at all it will bow to the desires of its customers and relinquish exclusively of distributing apps to the iPhone and iPad before government forces it to. It is the right thing to do and what their customers want. How many mo…

Also, what does this transition say about Apple's confidence in making sophisticated Mac apps in Catalyst over AppKit? It seems like a vote of no confidence to me.

If they're doing PR to tell you it is better than the competition you know it isn't. The best that can be said is it is better than it use to be. I say this using Apple Maps often over Google Maps, but I'm not under any allusions that it is better…

The right tool for the right job. Macs just aren't for gaming. That's ok.
