This the same firm that exited a large position in TSM when it was under $100/share before it more than doubled. They also exited IBM before the run up, and sold airlines at the bottom in 2020. Plenty of examples of poor decisions, as all investor…

I’m seeing an estimate of $1.34 EPS on $84.02B revenue, which is an increase from 2023.

I would like to see the Dynamic Island on the MacBook. Either that or just eliminate the camera altogether. I don’t use it for anything — and if needed, I will just use my iPhone. Waste of screen real estate.

How ironic. The answer that this person provided is a “stunning declaration” of how anti-US tech the EU is. They realize that no real tech innovation comes out of the EU, which is embarrassing for them, so they instead want to push and regulate the…

Interesting. I think other companies are utilizing camera images for analyzing medical samples — would be very useful for quicker diagnoses.

I find it very hard to believe that Apple is deliberately ignoring laws pertaining of operating their business in the EU — that would just be bad for business. They must have an argument for doing what they’re doing, which begs the question — aren’…

Great piece! I’m right there with you. My initial thoughts after WWDC was that they changed the narrative around “AI”, and Apple really is in the most enviable position with this technology given their user base. They laid out a solid foundation.…

Apple seems to be the only company that makes it dead simple to cancel a subscription. I don’t think they get enough credit for not pulling these shenanigans that many other companies do.

I don’t know how accurate this assessment is. First off, Sorkin is no fan of Trump. And what was the political affiliation of the CEOs that supposedly were “less predisposed” (whatever that means) after the meeting?
