A few questions, why do you bother to post on a Mac Forum when you use a 'stolen' product? Let me explain, as you don't seem too bright! Samsung and others quite simply stole the iPhone and iPad from Apple. This has been well documented! Surely …

Well, after reading some of the posts, I must say the oft repeated comment relates to price. The device is exactly what I have been waiting and looking for, but, at this stage, the price would count me out. Prediction, price cut of Air in 3/6 mon…

Anyone seen the ads for the new Toshiba notebooks, boy is that thing thin, small, and light. Seems to have a small processor though, hopefully the new Macbook will knock it on the head! http://www.toshibanotebook.com.au/r500/default.html To q…

Looking at all the posts makes one think that consumers (at least the one's polled here) are looking for an updated MacBook sooner rather than later. We may have to be patient ( aren't we always!!! ) as there seem to be a few hints that we coul…

Looks like the vast majority are looking for an significant update sooner rather than later. Bring it on Apple in the next six weeks

As the person who started this thread, I think its fair to say that if we are a bit more patient, Mr Jobs will release a new MacBook with most of the features we are looking for. Everyone seems to agree this is much needed. Let's hope we get o…

Looks like we will have to be patient for another month or so. I suspect the next iteration of the MacBook will offer almost everything raised on this thread. Like many others, I would always prefer a new model, but that will only be current for 1…

Lots of interesting opinions and ideas presented in this thread. I guess the common thrust relates to Apple adding increased value to the MacBook line. To me, this is more important than the colour, ie white or metallic finish. I am not suggesting…

Thanks for that gar. My Intel 20" iMac serving me well at present, but the flexibility of a MacBook appeals greatly. Recently travelled to Far North Queensland (Palm Cove, Port Douglas) and the annoyance of Internet Cafes is too much for me!
