Cubes were great but way too expensive. I bought (and still have two once the price dropped. But I DO take issue with the Mini-is-also-a-failure line. Far from it. But it has been rather pointedly ignored by Apple - quite a mistake in my opinion.

The part I don't understand is that these "analysts" seem to retain the credibility even though they're routinely wrong about Apple. Every quarter they peddle the same old **** and each time they're wrong. Interestingly, this doesn't happen much wit…

The real question is not "who pays for what" but "how is the profit divided up". It's perfectly reasonable for carriers to pay for advertising IF Apple's price to them recognizes that. If Apple pays for advertising then probably their price to carri…

The current HUD systems have one really problematic "feature" - they do NOT work with polarized sunglasses. These sunglasses always have their polarization set to eliminate glare reflections from the road (either shine on it or reflection from wate…

A thought about TouchID vs. FaceID: iPhones are very personal and each person has his/her own while iPads are shared somewhat more often. TouchID allows multiple users while FaceID is limited to exactly one. Perhaps that's part of the reason iPads h…

I have a three point AirPlay music system at home, driven from my Mac. Adding HomePod in the kitchen makes four. It sounds great but is hopeless at integration. If I try to control the volume on the HomePod "buttons", the system-wide volume is re…

HomePod works as an AirPlay target but there's a glitch with controlling the volume. I had expected the HomePod's "+" and "-" to control its volume. But they don't. Pressing either of them decreases the volume on the whole system to about 5 or 10%.…

"Pot calling kettle black" here. Apple itself has yet to update its own "Remote" app (for controlling iTunes on your Mac). C'mon guys - get your own house in order first !
