Doubtful they're going to sell Macs. They don't sell PCs of any kind. I think the low trainability on iOS devices is all that Target is going to be able to handle.

More anecdotal spewings. Our Android game has made about 20% of our iOS version. The biggest problem that we have is the Android platform requires a lot more support than iOS does. From our deployment package the marketplace says it can run …

I'm surprised that everyone is assuming that the Mac Pros REQUIRE the use of Xeon processors. From everything I've read, Xeons are just not worth the price of admission. The minute performance gains over the standard desktop chips are better overcom…

I had new HP printer drivers when I updated to 10.6.5 On Wednesday. However, I'm confused that Apple would want to be responsible for pushing printer drivers, but not be responsible for things like Flash and Java. I thought they were going more for …

I have last gen's Mac Pro... I just want more GPU choices... give me a 480 or a 5870 at least.

I don't know if this will help, but I had this problem on my Mac Pro. The problem was actually not with the mouse but the fact that I had an external monitor plugged into the computer but the monitor was not on. After I turned on the monitor or un…

I bought the previous generation Mac Pro, so I don't need this one. However, what interests me is the GPU upgrade options that will be given. If they can get a 5870 driver on the Mac side I'll buy a 5870 right away. The only thing preventing me now …

I'm looking forward to the Nehalem upgrade. I don't know if I could use that much CPU power even if I wanted to, but maybe with Snow Leopard it'll be easier for apps to use multiple CPUs within the OS. I'm primarily going to use it for development, …

You can read it however you want it. I read it as we are going to get the jump on our competitors by announcing a Nehalem Mac Pro before anyone else! It seems that all the other product lines are sexier than the Mac Pro, but I honestly want a good …

Ahh these are the Apple rumors of ages olde! Blurry pictures, mysterious boxes, top it off with secret directors! Seriously, was there a reason you had to be all blurry other than to be obvious that you were taking a picture of something comple…

Worst kept secret ever! They might as well give us pricing and allow us to pre-order the thing. I think even the bums on the street know a 3G is coming June 9th now.

I don't know why everyone assumes that the Mac Pros will not be updated until MWSF. According to my most recent digging Nehalem is still planned for Q4 2008 which pegs it October. Remember the Mac Pros were first updated to the Core2 Xeons before …

The problem with this box isn't that it COULD be useful, it is that there is not the cohesion that there was with CDs, .mp3, iTunes, and the iPod. If I could rip my DVDs and have them "on demand" queued up on my desktop/laptop pc or in an extern…
