The issue here is with MagSafe the paint gets worn/stripped over time, so that's not dirt.

We're talking about a MacBook, not some cheap HP, Dell, Lenovo knockoff. MacBooks aren't painted. Other than very minor scuffs in the aluminum, that's dirt, not chipped paint.

Apple has ALWAYS been lacking in graphics? I guess it depends on what you need graphics power for. Gaming? Yep. Graphical design? Nope. And old acquaintance, who owns a graphics design/advertising company once told me "You can't do graphics on a PC. For this business, it's a Mac or nothing."

This website has been live since before the 16th. Dozens of UPS planes almost daily are coming in from China to Alaska to Kentucky. Launch day iPhones are NOT shipped by boat.

Wether Apple uses sea freight after the holidays is anyone's guess, but I'd say it's never even a consideration until all supply and demand levels off after launch.

There was no Note 6. Samsung decided to jump from 5 to 7 in attempt to steal some of Apple's iPhone 7 thunder. This company is truly pathetic, and it needs to go down in flames one way or another. 

That's a soft reset. A hard reset is a restore, which wipes the data.
