Bumble warns Apple privacy push could hurt business in IPO filing
tommikele said:flydog said:How Bumble manages to lose $100 million a year on an app is anyone's guess, but being able to track people appears to be the least of their problems.
I could be wrong, but I can not find anywhere in the article where it says Bumble lost $100 MM. The reason I can't find it is because it doesn't say that and they didn't lose $100 MM. It doesn't mention any amount of financial losses.
From what I read, the article is about the effects Apple's new privacy policies could have on their business prospects moving forward. -
Apple now blocking new installs of sideloaded iOS apps on M1 Macs

Atlanta Apple Store shooting arrest, COVID fund theft in the Apple Crime Blotter
The Toronto Star reports the government suspects "some or all of" the official, his wife, their two children, and an associate of perpetuating the fraud.
I'm not sure if it's the same author every time, but I keep seeing "perpetuating" here on Apple Insider when what is really meant is "perpetrating". I'll leave it to the author(s) to look up what each word actually means (there's a really nice dictionary included with every Mac and iDevice that they can use). -
