Apple audio processing could change the way headphone users experience music

But Apple Watch coupled with AirPods make the best combination I’ve ever seen .
The first three times I went through this I contacted Apple. Since then I'm tired of the same answer: "that shouldn't happen, try resetting from new". It's to the point I just always now keep my phone with me.
But yeah, when it works, the AW3+LTE and airpods are a great combo. -
Apple purges 'Doorbell' category from HomeKit accessories page
doggone said:I have the Ring doorbell and I don't necessarily see what use there would be in getting onto the home network. The app works well by itself and notifications are handled well.
It is a shame that Ring was bought by Amazon since I do not trust their use of data. Unfortunately, I bought the device about 2 months before and cannot do anything about it now.
The entire reason I went with Ring Pro was because of Homekit. Since it hasn't happened I haven't expanded my Ring purchases, though I would like to add two of their outdoor cams. Won't do so until it works with the ecosystem I have chosen. I also wonder if a lawsuit is in Ring's future, since I specifically went with Ring Pro based on their assurances it would work with Home Kit. -
Researchers find loophole that extends USB Restricted Mode's hour-long timer
Why can't apple just give me a toggle, make it part of control center, where I can just choose to disable data transfer via lightning? Should be much simpler than all these "what if" scenarios that could be stopping music or preventing charging.
I have no reason to stop data transfer, but for someone who is worried about this they have that option. Then the plug only can be used for charging until the phone is unlocked and toggled back to allow data.
Everyone is happy except those that want to force their way onto your phone.
