I agree Lkrupp. Not to mention it takes time for R&D, time for testing and possible certification from Dolby. As someone that isn't ready for Atmos, I would have been upset to find out they delayed the AppleTV for Atmost. Just be glad it's coming for free. I'd rather they release a 95% complete product where those features work well and have free feature updates later than have to wait. Tech companies (and Apple) do this all the time. Apple has done this many times in the past, as recent as the portrait mode on the plus.

Could be really cool. Perhaps enough to get preteens / teens into programming. They are way smaller than I thought though. Wish they were a bit bigger for messing with the cat. Turn round face pointy ears into monster that BB8 attax!

I agree with your point of view. I'd consider another way that the company has to illustrate how they have been investing in building products with that patent. If they can, then it would be considered practicing vs non-practicing. Shouldn't be hard to show investments into these patents. This way, if you're only six months into being granted the patent, a big company can't come in and swoop it from you with their deep pockets.

I really don't understand the modem issue. The infrastructure isn't even there yet. It doesn't make sense it would put pressure on Apple's stock, but then again I never understand how APPL is so volatile compared to others.
