Wait, I’ve been folding my MacBook Pros for as long as I can remember. Maybe I should get a patent for my idea. /s
Sarcasm aside, the problem with that is the half of the device that isn't screen.

A 'foldable' laptop isn't a foldable tablet and as such will cater to different use cases.

At some point macOS and iPad OS will converge to have a best of both worlds solution
I believe Apple has said that they aren't interested in OS convergence, but seeing that Apple is a "never say never" kind of company, it may well happen. I think the path to this would be to [continue to] grow iPadOS into a more fully featured OS because it is designed from the ground up to be a touch-first OS. Plus, Apple's control of the iPad App Store would be an advantage for them (even considering current alternate App Store access issues). Modifying the keyboard/mouse based macOS for touch seems like way more work than it's worth, and of course it's not just the OS that needs modification, it's the apps too.

  • M4 Mac mini rumored to get a redesign making it smaller than ever before

I wish it was taller and smaller foot print.

Would be a life saver for table space, and mounting ass well.
Not taller! I still need them to fit with some clearance in 1RU rack space (1.75").

Smaller footprint would be nice. I can fit two existing Mac mini side-by-side in 1RU. Fitting three (or four!) side-by-side would be nice.

  • Your next iPhone could be the iPad mini - iPhone 15 vs iPad mini showdown

What is the reason that iPads with cellular can't make/take "regular" cell phone calls (without VOIP or when it is not associated with an iPhone)? Is it a carrier decision that limits the iPad cellular connection to data only, or is there some other technical reason?

I realize it's not too difficult to set up Google voice or other VOIP service to provide a phone number to allow an iPad to send and receive calls, but it seems silly to not have the cell call capability built-in.

Here's another example: I once kiddingly said to someone, "did you know the word 'gullible' isn't even in the dictionary?". They looked at me seriously and said, "really?"

Honestly most people don’t want to waste the time and/or point out that you’re an idiot, and possibly hurt your feelings or embarrass you by saying of course gullible is in the dictionary. The only thing that happens with your exchange is that you try to make yourself feel smart and now the person you were talking to thinks you’re an idiot.
Calm down...I was trying to be funny. You know the word "kiddingly" right? If the other person realized it was a joke, we both would've had a laugh. Jeez.
