Somebody posted it on Target's social media account and that is what the original story covered. That is verifiable.

No, this is still fake, and this is the problem with so called journalism today. Everything is real news, until its fake news.

So $500M verdict, then after all the appeals they end up paying what? $100M-200M maybe? Given the charges were not simply dropped, it seems like they will probably get what they want by the time this is all said and done.

Still, Oculus sure did prove to be an expensive venture for Facebook.
