The Trump administration has already reached the point where they announce "deals" to the press that have never been made.
Here's the NYT reporting that the U.S. has a "deal" with South Korea.

There aren't any countries paying tariffs. The company that imports the product/part/material pays the tariff. That company will then determine how much of the tariff cost will get passed on to the consumer in the form of higher pricing.Anilu_777 said:What does this mean for countries that don’t have this insane tariff war? The 4:3 aspect ratio of the iPad works better for a folding device than a smartphone aspect ratio. It actually gives you a significantly larger widescreen experience for movies and games when unfolded. The smartphone aspect ratio doesn't do that. Widescreen is only marginally different when unfolded.
