    Apple removed audio passthrough with the tvOS 11.3 update. Not sure why they did that. There are 4K movies that support Dolby Atmos. My Onkyo shows Dolby Atmos when I'm streaming 4K movies with Atmos.

    I'm into photography as well. I just spent the day up in Glacier National Park testing out the Xs Max camera. I also brought my Nikon D850 along with me. I was really impressed with the iPhone. It performed great with high contrast scenes I was shooting. For photography, the Xs Max is definitely worth the upgrade. I would post some pictures I took but not sure if you can do that.

  • Some iPhone XS & XS Max owners complaining of poor wireless reception

    I'm unfortunately experiencing this with my Xs Max. When I come home, it will take my phone at least a good 5 minutes or more to finally connect to my wifi. If I leave home, my phone won't connect right away to Verizon's LTE network. My phone will show full bars, but when I try going to a website on Safari, nothing happens. After a few minutes, the internet will finally work. Verizon does seem slower to me on the Xs Max compared to my X. I haven't noticed a speed difference using my home wifi.

    The Hero 7 Black is a really nice upgrade. From the test footage I've seen, the new Hypersmooth (video stabilization) feature looks really impressive.
