  • Neil Patrick Harris shows off 'Hey Siri' in Apple's latest iPhone 6s ad

Siri has been pissing me off lately.

I hope iOS 10 gets a HUGE Siri revamp. She's more frustrating than useful right now. ESPECIALLY on Apple TV where we find ourselves doing everything manually to avoid the dumb voice assistant.
Amen. Siri is completely useless to me, both on mobile and AppleTV. I've recently experienced the alternatives (Amazon's assistent thingie and Cortana) and I get the impression these are a bit ahead of Siri (but still annoying).

  • Tim Cook says he's 'offended' by government smears in latest Time cover story

In the past I criticized Cook for 'wasting time' on social issues: equality, diversity, gay rights.

Well I was wrong. If Cook didn't stand up for those social issues in the past he would look like a fraud standing up for privacy now.

Good job Mr. Cook.  I vastly under rated your importance and integrity.
Good point. If you're a leader of such a huge company and ecosystem, you're become part of culture and society, therefore standing up for social issues is part of true leadership.

  • Rumor: Apple working on 'iPhone SE' promo that hints at 4K camera

Sounds good. I wouldn't make sense to ship this phone with 5s tech, even if it would make the phone cheaper.
IMO for all new generations of hardware, Apple should deliver (roughly) the same specs for each device but with a different size.
This will advance their entire ecosystem (e.g gaming, user content like 4K video, usability, etc).
It's not just development cost but also an investment to Apple.

  • Apple Pencil UI navigation functions to return in next iOS 9.3 beta, Apple says

The pen has such a stupid design. The charging for example is done by sticking your pen in the back of a charging device. A white stick, sticking out like that, it's so unapple. Easy to break, it looks corny.
And the cap gets lost easily (plus it doesn't work as a gum).
You'd expect some sort of wireless conductive charging going on, something smart.
Not that long ago, Apple used not to accept 'good', only 'great'.

Same for the Magic Mouse. After all these years, the only improvements they've came up with is a charger at the bottom instead of the back. Really?
