Apple amping up anti-leaker campaign in China
bulk001 said:Any real fan would respect Apple’s wishes and stop reading any rumors as they are then complicit in causing harm to the company. That is if they actually have any integrity in all their screeching about Apple always being right, always seeing the worse in every other companies motives and seem to act as if the company is infallible in every way.Okay, that is a little over the top but is there a threat by Apple against legitimate reporting (which I think AI does a good job at) and that this site will be the next thinksecret.com?

'Ted Lasso' season premiere breaks Apple TV+ viewing record
bestkeptsecret said:IMO, it lived up to the hype. The episode was funny and they didn't undermine the psychiatrist, which shows that there is more than one way to deal with issues.Fantastic start to the show. The way he handled the dog issue right off the bat was pretty incredible; weaponizing niceness lol.I actually thought the psychologist part was a bit contrived and preachy, too overtly 'tackling' mental health stigma (which I'm all for, just please do it effectively). Also, I loved the joke about wearing the red hat at the _____ fundraiser lol -
Apple's record $81.4 billion Q3 obliterates Street expectations

What kind of WS bullshit is that? And you’re spot on, just like previous quarters when Apple crushed earnings, it’s only what Wall St. thinks will happen going forward that matters.Well, if you go to the VAERS website* right now and compare vaccine deaths, most vaccine deaths range from a handful, to a dozen, to a couple hundred at most. Covid comes in over 6,000. Of course, not all of these are verified, but evidence suggests that most of the VAERS inputs are from medical providers. Keep in mind, vaccine programs have been halted before for as little as 25 deaths. We have >6,000 reported deaths now. And yet people see fit to continue this, even giving it to children, who have virtually no risk from covid. Incredibly cowardly, especially when you consider that over %90 of elderly (in the US at least) have already been vaccinated.

You know it doesn't make sense to blame the stock drop right after earnings on covid-19, right? It's almost like you used that as a convenient jumping off point to make some angry statements. Since you're really smart and good at judging people, I'm sure you know that the mRNA vaccine only confers partial immune response (spike proteins), thus giving the virus opportunities to evade this narrow barrier in order to create variants. Whereas people who get the virus naturally have a much much lower reinfection rate due to the broader immune response, and thus give the virus less opportunity to create variants. So, in reality, if you got vaccinated, you're part of the variant problem. The more you know.Anyway, I gave up on trying to make sense of AAPL fluctuations a long time ago; there's too much manipulation to be able to predict much. -
