    And you’ll be very interested when vaccine mandates are finally implemented. The Supreme Court, in a 1905 case regarding mandatory vaccination during a small pox epidemic,  ruled 7-2 that the government does have the right to mandate vaccinations when the public health is endangered. The precedent is already established, ready to go.

    It has everything to do with Texas. The Western District is notorious for juries who always find for the plaintiff no matter what. That’s why these lawsuits are filed there. Apple will likely be found guilty and have to appeal to it overturned. In the meantime the lawyers’s fees keep accumulating.

    Okay, let’s make sure we remember, if Nvidia does acquire ARM there is no possible way Nvidia could use ARM against Apple, period. Apple was one of the founding fathers of ARM and holds a permanent architecture license since the release of the iPhone.
